The
repentant militants surrendered their arms and ammunition to military
officers at the Freedom Square in Owerri. Among the ammunition
surrendered was a rocket launcher.

Okorocha and Commissioner of Police, Brigade commander 34 artillery
brigade were present to witness the militants surrender their arms.
Meanwhile in the video below is where he was on sensitization tour on the need for the
youths of Imo state to shun Indian hemp.
In his speech, he made it clear that dealers and smokers will find it
hotter in terms of punishment than thieves because thieves will only
receive prison sentence but Indian hemp smokers will get both sentence
and his or her house demolished.
