LOOK FOR YOUR PVC, OLU OWERRI TELLS IMO PEOPLE

A leading sociocultural group in Owerri Zone, Olu Owerri has reminded Imo people of the need to confirm that their voter's card is still intact for the 2019 election before it is too late.

This was contained in the address of the President General, Chief Martin Opara at the Association's 170 Douglas Road office in Owerri when he received in audience, the Abia branch leadership of the Association who called on him.

Chief Opara reminded Imo leaders, men, women, students and artisans to check if their voter's cards are still available where they kept it since the last election, noting that some people who are registered with INEC may have lost or misplaced their cards which will disqualify them from voting in 2019.

He maintained that it was better to bring out, dust and keep the card ready for action or rush back to INEC office, now, for replacement of the card, if lost, or get registered if not registered before, noting that politicians are wiser to deal with anybody without PVC.

The President insists that the only way to bring good governance and send back poverty is by getting a PVC and voting in 2019 since rigging will be resisted by the masses at all level.
